Brian Varney, MSA, CPA, EA 

Founder

Brian Varney, founder of The Varney Group, is a Proud Harwich High School alumnus, boasting a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting from Skidmore College, followed by a Master of Science in Accounting from Umass Dartmouth. Certified as a CPA in Massachusetts and licensed as an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, with a rich history of over two decades in the accounting field. Brian is also a dedicated volunteer coach for youth basketball teams.

Ashley Cole

Administrative Director

Ashley attended Cape Cod Community College and now resides in Brewster with her son. She is committed to volunteer work with local organizations and boasts over 16 years of experience in reporting, AR/AP, claims resolution, policy creation, program restructuring, and training coordination.

Sean Grogan

Advisor

Sean attended Bridgewater State University, now residing in Harwich with his family. He possesses over 20 years of operations management experience and is now an integral part of The Varney Group. Sean also specializes in coaching and training youth sports athletes while actively volunteering with various local organizations.
